Simply login into QSS Portal, click Support from the main menu and then click ‘Create Ticket’.
And describe the support you require by filling up the required fields as shown below.
How to View Ticket Updates
Click the ticket record in QSS Portal to view the status of your ticket and keep track of all the associated activities.
